By booking Holiday Clinics you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Casual absentees to Holiday Clinics will not be eligible for a refund. Please advise Slice Tennis if your child is not able to attend their booked Holiday Clinic session, as Slice Tennis will do their best to find a suitable make-up session. In specific circumstances, such as in unavoidable events, such as illness or injury, Slice Tennis will refund the session when notified in writing of the situation.
2. In instances where a Holiday Clinic has to be cancelled due to wet weather you will be notified by text message, and issued a full credit which will be applied to your next invoice with Slice Tennis.
3. Sun safety is our priority, but it is not our responsibility - We recommend all students apply sunscreen before their session.
4. It is compulsory for all players to wear a hat during tennis. NO HAT – NO PLAY.
5. Please ensure your child is prepared for their session with adequate amounts of both water and food for three hours of outdoor activity. Slice Tennis will facilitate regular rest and drink breaks, and increase these where necessary, such as in extreme heat.
6. Please advise us if your child takes any special medications that we should be aware of.
7. We periodically publish images on our website and associated social media channels such as Facebook. If you do not wish for images of your child/children to be used, please email scott@slicetennis.com.au.
8. It is the responsibility of the guardian to pick up their child on time at the completion time of all activities. Contact Slice Tennis if there is any reason you cannot pick up your child on time.
