•You will need to advise the office before the end of each term if you wish to continue lessons the following term. Confirmation is required whether you intend to retain the same day/time or seek an alternate time that will suit you.
•If we don’t receive confirmation you may lose your place for the following term.
•We provide a 50% discount for families with 3 or more children enrolled concurrently. The discount is applied to the third and subsequent child.
•At the end of each term an assessment of each child is conducted and merit certificates are awarded in the last week of the term.
•If your child is absent during the term, one (1) make-up class can be organised, subject to availability. Prior notification of your intend absence is required.
•The make-up class is only available in the term of absence. We are not able to carry make-up classes into future terms or offer credits/refunds.
•Any cancellations need to be notified at the earliest possible convenience. All cancellations will attract a $50 Administration fee plus the accrued lesson fee inclusive of the week of notification.
